With our Best Rate Guarantee you can book at www.cranleyhotel.com and be confident you are receiving the best room rate available on the web. If, within 24 hours of booking, you find a better rate for an equivalent offer (same length of stay, dates of reservation, room category, number of guests, currency and reservation conditions) anywhere else online, we will match it and discount that rate by a further 10%. Should you find a lower rate, please submit a claim within 24 hours of your original booking and we will respond within two working days.
 
Terms & Conditions:
 
1.       A claim must be submitted within 24 hours after making the direct reservation at www.cranleyhotel.com and at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival.
2.       The Cranley Hotel’s Reservations Department will investigate and inform you of our decision within two working days of having received your claim. Claims will be processed from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), between 9am and 6pm.
3.       To proceed with the claim please send us an email to reservations@cranleyhotel.com. Your Claim should be supported by the URL where the lower rate was found and a screen shot which clearly displays the hotel’s name, the date of stay, room type, number of guests, inclusions and payment conditions of the lower rate offering on the competing website. Please also include your contact details (name, email, phone number).
4.       If we are able to verify that the lower rate found qualifies for the Best Rate Guarantee and all terms & conditions are met, the Cranley Hotel will match the lower rate and discount that by a further 10%.
5.       Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
Websites/travel professionals who package room nights with any other components, such as tours, flights, transfers, tickets etc.
Discounted rates not available to the general public, eg negotiated rates, closed user group offers.
Auction sites.
